The house is located right off Route 14 a very short distance to all of the wineries on the western shore of Seneca Lake. Specifically, we are about one mile to the south of Anthony Road, Seneca Shore and Serenity Vineyards.

We’re also located approximately 3 miles to the north of Climbing Bines Hop Farm - and just under a mile to the north of Dresden Village.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, dishes, as well as a blender, toaster and many other small appliances to make your stay feel like home.

There are four bedrooms (each with a new queen bed and bedding.) Both bathrooms are also newly renovated. Towels and linens are provided at no extra charge.

Enjoy the covered area of the wrap around deck in the back with a charcoal grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs. This is a great place to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine or a local brew.  The sunrise and sunsets from the deck and patio are absolutely breathtaking.

On a nice day, set up the Cornhole game for some outdoor entertainment. And there is a fire pit for s'mores and relaxing on a cool evening.
