This cottage is extremely unique in that it is right on the beach, with an open lawn to grill, play corn hole or just relax in the Adirondack chairs. Fish off the dock, go for a swim or rent a kayak to paddle around the lake. There is a fully covered patio so you can sit outside - even on a rainy day. Our fire pit is located right at the shoreline, and is the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows and late night conversations under the stars.
Open the windows at night in your bedroom and you'll be lulled to sleep by the gentle lapping of waves on the beach.

The cottage has three bedrooms with new queen size beds and a central sitting area. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2016. Towels and linens are provided at no extra charge.
The open main level with the kitchen, dining area and family room were also renovated in 2016. With 3 walls of windows you have a panoramic view of the lake. Open the windows to enjoy the lake breeze.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and serviceware as well as a blender, toaster and many other small appliances to make your stay feel like home. There is a charcoal grill outside.

Cancellation Policy
Full rental amount and all deposits (minus $250) are refundable should the tenant cancel their reservation up to 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. If the tenant has to cancel after 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period the landlord will
make every effort to re-rent the property - in which case the rental amount and all deposits (minus $250) will be refunded to the tenant. If the property is not re-rented the landlord reserves the right to retain the rental amount and all deposits.

Deposit Policy
All reservations require a 100% deposit of your total rental charges and applicable sales taxes. The deposit you make is 100% refundable less a $45 cancellation fee if cancelled 60 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date.
